FRIENDS: It has been thrilling to see so many of your names show up in the pledges for our new Kickstarter campaign to support the creation of our next album, Super Natural History, and an original oracle deck inspired by our music! Thank you so much for coming along with us on this journey.
If you haven't yet checked out the Super Natural History campaign, we hope you will — our next album is a collection of songs inspired by science, magic, and everything in between, and if you liked Our Lady of Radium, we think this one will be up your alley too. It includes songs about bats, manta rays, witches, monsters, poisons, and other things we all like. The oracle deck will feature the work of dozens of artists whom we're commissioning to illustrate 60(!) of our songs—a beautiful object even if you're a skeptic when it comes to divination rituals.
We've reached our initial campaign funding goal, which means the project is 100% happening (it's well underway in fact), but we have ambitious dreams for what a bigger budget would make possible (music videos! bonus singles! extra fancy oracle decks!), so sky's the limit.

We did it: Our Lady of Radium is out in the world! The album is now available on all major platforms. Here's a roundup of links you can share far and wide, if you'd like to boost the signal. Again, we are so grateful for your support, which made this release possible.

Dear Backers:
BEHOLD, we just sent you an album download code for Our Lady of Radium! You should see an email in your inbox with the subject line "New Digital Content for Charming Disaster: OUR LADY OF RADIUM on BackerKit," which includes a Bandcamp link and a unique code for you. Go to the link, enter your code, and you'll be able select your preferred audio format before downloading. Along with the audio files, the download includes a pdf version of the album's accompanying lyrics & art book. You should also now be able to stream the entire album in the Bandcamp app (the rest of the world will have to wait until March 4, but you are special).
We also wanted to let you all know about our NYC album release show on March 10, which will also be livestreamed! We'll be performing all of the songs from the new album, and it's going to be magical. Tickets (in person or virtual) are on sale at Caveat NYC. We would love for you to be there, in the flesh or in the aether.

We are VERY EXCITED to report that yesterday afternoon, FedEx delivered 330 pounds of vinyl to Charming Disaster's Secret World Headquarters. Behold its splendor:
We're still waiting on the lyrics books (they are now supposed to ship early next week), but in the meantime we're going to start shipping LPs, CDs, and shirts out in the next few days (!)

Endless gratitude to all of you for making it possible for us us to make these as fancy as we dreamed (translucent color with splatter! printed sleeves! glow in the dark jacket!). We are over the moon about how they turned out. Thank you! Thank you! We can't wait to get these into your hot little hands*.
